Most strategic engagements last between 4 to 12 weeks. Large-scale cloud migrations or custom AI implementations may take longer, but we always build in 2-week "milestone cycles" to show value quickly.

We offer fixed-price quotes for defined projects to give you budget certainty. For ongoing advisory or Fractional CTO roles, we operate on a monthly retainer basis. No hidden hourly fees.
